Skip the store-bought snacks at your next ParTea. Instead, try these healthy chips instead.
- 2 medium beets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ - 1 tsp MinTEA Mediterranean Dressing Mix
- Sea salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel beets and slice 1/16 inch thick. In a large bowl, toss beets with olive oil and MinTEA Mediterranean Dressing Mix.
- Arrange beets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until edges of beets begin to dry, about 20 minutes. Rotate baking sheet and bake another 10 to 20 minutes. Remove chips as they become lightened in color. Remove from oven; chips will crisp as they cool.
