Citrus & Garlic Matcha Dressing
This home-made dressing is perfect for any salad or as a marinade.
- ½ tsp Steeped Tea's Matcha powder
- 1 tsp warm water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp grape seed oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Blend matcha into warm water until dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients except for grape seed oil and blend together.
- Slowly whisk in grape seed oil. Pour over salad or use as a marinade for chicken. Refrigerate for up to one week.
