Dragon Colada
Infuse Steeped Tea's Pink Dragon fruit tea into coconut milk and you'll have a fresh and light colada. Perfect for any cocktail party!

  • 1 ½ cups pineapple cubes
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup Pina Colada Rooibos Tea
  • 2-3 tsp honey
  • 1.5 oz. rum
  1. Place pineapple cubes in a single layer in a plastic zip lock bag and freeze for 4-8 hours.
  2. Steep Pina Colada Rooibos Tea for 10 minutes and allow to cool in refrigerator.
  3. Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, tea, rum and honey until smooth.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
