- 1 ½ cups pineapple cubes
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup Pina Colada Rooibos Tea
- 2-3 tsp honey
- 1.5 oz. rum
- Place pineapple cubes in a single layer in a plastic zip lock bag and freeze for 4-8 hours.
- Steep Pina Colada Rooibos Tea for 10 minutes and allow to cool in refrigerator.
- Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, tea, rum and honey until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
