Matcha Chia Pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 Cup of Matcha spoon (about ½ tsp) of Vanilla Matcha, Green Tea
- 1 cup fresh blueberries and strawberries
- 1 banana
- Add first 3 ingredients to a bowl, stir to combine.
- Let sit in refrigerator for 3-5 hours, or overnight, stirring halfway through.
- If too thick, add more almond milk. Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Enjoy!
